Here's a little animation I made using selgin's bone warping technique.

Very nice, I like the overall look you get. Just have one observation, why the head movement looks so cut?
If you don't know maybe with an anme file I could help

Thank you. I am not sure what you mean by "so cut". Could you explain it a little more? Here is a link to the file.

Ok, I discovered why there was a problem and I solved it. But still haven't the reason.

With "cut" I was refering that the head movement were not fluid, it had jumps between one frame to other.
Curiously, to solve this problem, I moved the head group layer origin down and it moves fluid.

selgin,

How far did you move the origin down? If I move it down too far it messes the whole thing up.
You are expert, you can see these things better than me.

Uddhava, here is a file with the origin moved down. It's not a perfect slution, but the head movement looks much more smooth.

I still can't understand why is this happening, maybe with a little more time.

PD: Ok. I found a better and easier solution. You just must increase the bone influence, in your original file I just increase all bones influences to 4.7. That works fine

Okay, thanks selgin. I will try what you have said.
In general will increasing the bone strength make this technique work better?

Seems to be it makes. But can't be sure without testing, anyway, I think it will depend of the character.
