Whoa! I like that.
One thing I might change is the treatment of the camera. That slow pan is not exciting. I'd probably jerk the camera around a bit, to convey excitement, and zoom the camera in on the guy when he reloads. Then track him as he jumps and rolls. Or something.
Hmm. Because the character animation is so good, though, I bet the slow panning of the camera is just a temporary thing and you intend the final product to have better camera work. Am I right?
