Fisrt you have to upload the pic to a host then in the body of your message where you want the picture to appear:
1) click the "img" button at the top of the Message body toolbar which inserts some code (img)
2) type in the url path to your pic. (img)http://www.mypic.com/pic.jpg
3) Click the "img" button again to insert the tie off code (img)http://www.mypic.com/pic.jpg(/img)
4)Preview your post before posting to make sure it looks like you want it to.
