lollol my bad i rushed my post, I want to be able to make an image in photoshop so it can be imported like this parot into anime studio, so its not attached to any page. http://www.libpng.org/pub/png/pngs-img.html
You have to create an alpha channel or erase the image's background, or create a layer mask that hides the background.
The parrot's back ground has been deleted. Someone did that by hand at some point somehow... with the eraser tool or by creating a mask or alpha channel to delete the background. This transparency effect needs to be create by some kind of user interaction. There are no specific steps.
Save that image and open it in photoshop. What you see is what you need to produce. A layer with transparent pixels.
There is no "magic trick". There are no steps like "Do this then that then do this". Each image is unique. You need to learn photoshop and how to use layers, masking, transparency and alpha channels.
If your image is on a white background you could use a copy of one of the RGB channels to create an alpha channel to delete the background.
when you have a layer that is transparent (that grid of gray and white shows behind it) then you "save for web" as a PNG file.
You have to create the transparency. There are no steps. You have to delete the pixels you don't want to show on the layer.
I would recommend looking for tutorials or help using Photoshop.
