Frame 0 verification

Frame 0 verification

A number of features are dependent upon being at Frame O. Messing with bones, etc.

Our buds at e-F make it easier for us to know when we're at Frame O by making this cool provision in the Preferences file.

I've been fumbling with AS for almost a year and didn't know this was here.
