Philadelphia's newest international film & animation festival, Project Twenty1, is now accepting teams to participate in its inaugural event!
Twenty1 teams from all over the world will have Twenty1 days to make a short film based on a common secret "Element."
We encourage interested parties from Anime Studio (animators, actors, composers, etc) to volunteer their services online in order to meet other artists and get that swift KICK IN THE PANTS to make some films (and maybe some new friends!)
