I know this isn't exactly a bug, it's an omission suggestion.
Most companies I know of that sell online and run a support forum put a hyperlink to their store landing page in the forum. If you do have one, then it should be more obvious.
It makes it convenient to browse the store without having multiple bookmarks or opening up a search.
