In motion graph I can see and somewhat control individual directions (X (Red), Y (Green) and Z (Blue). But what if I want the keyframe to only be on one of those. I can't seem to be able to isolate them. Selecting one always select all three.
For example I would like to keyframe only the y translation of my camera at a particular moment and let the rest behave their merry way without being affected by that particular keyframe.
thanks

Right-click on the channel and select Unconsolidate Channels. Right-click again to merge them back.
While unconsolidated, you need to double-click on a specific channel to select and edit it. (Not sure why double-click, but that's how it's always worked.)

I right clicked on the channel, and found something called "separate dimensions". Exactly what I needed. Had no idea that existed.

Sorry, I was writing from memory, which isn't always reliable for me. Anyway, you got it!

I have to say, a big plus with working (even when struggling) on Moho is its community. My history on here goes back over ten years (with a big hiatus in the middle) but you guys have remained at your post ever since, jumping to the rescue in record time every time we hit a wall. You know who you are, and deserve praise!

Re: keyframe just one direction in motion graph
When separating channels and applying a keyframe to only one axis (X,Y, or Z) when the channels are then combined, every channel then gets a keyframe, creating a mess of keys. Is there a way to only keyframe a single frame on a single channel and not all channels when combined?
Re: keyframe just one direction in motion graph
When separating channels in the graph editor, I believe you can only edit one channel at a time. This makes it easier to edit Bezier curves for each channel individually without messing up the other channels. When you move the key for any separated channel in time, the other separated channels will follow and stay in sync. This helps keep keyframe editing in Moho from getting messy.
Surprisingly, coming from the Maya/LightWave/Blender/Nuke/Fusion/After Effects world, Moho's Graph Editor limitations haven't been a problem for me. It just takes practice and adapting to a different environment.

Re: keyframe just one direction in motion graph
...yeah, I'm coming from the world of Maya where I've lived the past 30 years so the transition is a challenge but not insurmountable. What I could do in a couple clicks in the Maya graph editor takes me a few extra clicks in Moho...but I'm sure once I figure out better ways of doing things, the process will become quicker. Fortunately, animation is still animation, regardless of the program.
