Not much done in Moho here, but my last job, anyway, it's online now:

Nice client, as usual, it's my 3rd film for them. A french version seems to be on the way.

Re: pidgeons
I like the touches on the pidgeons, ie. the bib, crutches, kissing, etc. As an English speaker, I found all the videos understandable and entertaining. Nice!

Re: pidgeons
Thank you! Although I don't think I have much talent in editing. It's all in the storyboard, and later I adjust the timing of animation and voice-over*, because I often have either too much or not enough speech. This time I had so many dead pauses in sound that I decided to put in some ambient background noises. Fortunately I habitually record generic stuff like that all the time.
*I render a first version of the animation, put it into the video editor and see how it plays with the sound. Then I go back to Moho (or sometimes TVPaint) and make adjustments. Do others work in a similar way?

Re: pidgeons
I wish I was that consistently organized, but unfortunately I'm not. But so much of what can make or break the communication of the story lies in this process.
Storyboarding everything is important, I don't always complete mine and then end up filling in the gaps, which makes the editing process longer, and constantly adjusting in editor and or re-rendering with corrections and Version2, or 3 of the original shot before committing.
But your work is polished

Re: pidgeons
Thank you again. Of course it helps that with this client I am allowed to write my own concept, and all the speaker's lines as well. This makes for a combination of text and images as good as I can do. With other clients I get an already finished text and have to make the visuals fit, smomehow, which doesn't yield always best results. My current project is of that kind: there are several long passages (20 - 30 sec) of uninterrupted text while there's only one scene with not much happening.
And of course when working with clients the storyboard is an essential part of the approval process, so it has to be complete. Sometimes I even do an animatic, but most of my clients trust my boards.
