Set Default Project Interval

There should be a option in the project settings to set a default interval on the timeline for that whole project. So that way we don't need to change or reset the interval every time Moho opens back up. I primarily work on two's and three's and only use one's on fast movements. Of course still allow us to manually change intervals for keyframes and future frames like it currently is but it'd be a nice quality of life change to have this added if you primarily work in a different interval type like two's or three's

A 'shoot on twos" template/preset would be great to be able to select before starting.
