Drawing with iPen, turn off scroll?

Hello,

I recently bought an Ipen for use with Moho. An iPen is basically an optical mouse in the shape of a pen (should be great for drawing). However, to left-click with the pen is really quite hard - when I do so, it also right clicks or acts like a scroll wheel as well. So, does anyone know of a windows (or preferably Moho) option or setting or method that I could use to turn of the scroll-wheel feature of moho (or the right-click one)?
