MOHO 13.5 for Mac really requires MacOS >=10.15?

I just wanted to order the 13.5 Upgrade from my 12.5 MOHO, but then i looked on the system requirements.

Website says: MacOS 10.15, 10.16 or higher. 10.16 means probably 11.0 Big Sur. I'm currently stuck with MacOS 10.14 Mojave, so i want to know if anyone has tested MOHO 13.5 with Mojave. It's not the newest OS, but all my other up-to-date SW runs with it.

Right, it just won't even work/open in Mojave. I don't really understand the practical reason of this. Pretty much all the software I run and keep updated so far, including DaVinci Resolve 17, Capture One, Affinity...still goes in Mojave. I understand I may not enjoy the full experience but they still work without issues. Why Moho 13.5 cannot?

I still would like to know the actual reason why Moho 13.5 won't run in Mojave, it does support 64-bit software.
Maybe Victor Paredes or anybody with this software insight can kindly give a short explanation.
