I have watched it a number of times - before and after your post and ... I am not seeing "really good lipsync". In fact - the only thing to stand out as 'not quite right' was the lipsync - it felt very automated, out-of-sync and 'chatty'. I like the overall art design & animation, but I think they could have done much better with the lipsync.
