moho 13.0.2 crushed

Hi all,

I draw character on moho 13 and i rigged it . It works fine and i closed moho. 1-2 hours later i opened some file and click on character's bone moho 13 suddenly crashed. it also crushed some scenes (all char, background draw on moho 13 ).
So I have to do it again and again... and this event is very frustrating.

Whats wrong on moho 13.0.2.? Also i can open crushed moho 13 file on moho 12i it works fine but this time if i save it i cant re-open on moho 13 because its crushed crushed again...

I can only guess that there was an error ( in Moho) while saving.

Have you tried importing all the assets into a new Moho document?
Sometimes that might help, especially in times gone by.

Unless this is a new bug or something that no one else has experienced yet.

Thanx Chucky . I dont try ' save all assets'' . I just open the moho documents in same folder . When moho 13.0.2 crush i try moho 12 and it work fine. But you cant re-open it in with moho 13.

Generally i cant open moho 13 document in moho 12. But i can open moho 12 document in moho 13. i really don't know if others are having this problem

Others have said it before, but moho 13 still issue with zoom out(too much) when you work on project

We really hard work with moho we really like it but these problems bother us

Have you tried the Export As Previous Version command in Moho 13? This should work. A while back, I used it to export a troublesome Moho 13 project to open in Moho 12. I lost certain Moho-13 specific features like Action Groups of course but after making a few adjustments, the project worked fine in Moho 12.5.

As for Moho 13, yeah, there are a few show-stopper issues in it for me. I still use Moho 13 for experiments and testing purposes but, for real work, I've had to go back to Moho 12.5.

Greenlaw i have to use just moho 12 for crushed moho 13 project. Because we use moho 13 and we make all scenes with 13 . Sometimes project crush on moho 13 and then we try same document on moho 12 and it work fine. So i really dont understand why moho 13 sometime crush .

You are right its just released and problems can occur but No updates have been received for 3-4 months. Moho makers need to fix these errors .
- Zoom out issue. İts really annoying.
- timeline acceleration .it happens very often.
- meaninglessly closing
- moho 13 slower than moho 12 . Its new realase and it can be faster then moho 12!

i own Moho 12.5 and it works really fine for me. I was thinking about upgrading to Moho 13 but after i read your comments (i wasn't in the forum for some time), i think i should wait and save my bucks. Is there some news from the dev team if Moho will get updates anytime soon? The SmithMicro page for Moho looks pretty dead already (updates, blog).

AFAIK, they're working on the next update of 13. I'm really looking forward to this update but I don't know when it will be released. Hopefully they won't keep us waiting too long.
