Multi Stage (artboards) in Moho document

I've just come across Orson Galore's camera manager video and aside from the camera manager which looks like a powerful tool to have, the video shows 3 stages in what looks like the same document, similar to artboards in illustrator, how is that set up and what determines the camera view to change from one artboard (stage) to another in Moho, it wasn't clear in the video.
