Custom cursor in black in Moho 12 Debut

Hello all, I am new to this forum, so first of all I wanted to say hi to all of you
I am having a small issue: when I view Moho debut 12.3 in my cintiq 24HD using a macbook pro, I see that the customised cursor shows a black square instead of being transparent. When I move it to the screen of the laptop, then I see it transparent, as it should.
I wonder if there is a solution for this.
