Small chain/two circles on bones

Hello
while I'm still a beginner I'm trying to catch infos as fast as i can, so I need your help. Im working in Moho 12 but can't figure it out what two small circles on bones mean. All of sudden they are on every joint but why?

Those bones have reparent keyframes on the timeline.

If I don't fix it, is it possible for animation to suffer because of this?

Well, if you select the reparent bone tool and the arrows connecting the bones ever change during the animation, that could screw you up pretty bad if you didn't intend to do that. If the frame zero bone parenting is meant to stay that way throughout, just click the reparent bone animation channel icon (to select all its keyframes) and delete all the keys.
