Hey all,
I used the splotchy effect to add some texture to my background art, and it looks good on any given frame, but if I zoom or track the camera, the effect doesn't stay static inside the shape.
That crazy movement could be a cool effect, but it's not what I'm going for right now...
Any suggestions on how to keep the splotchy pattern the same regardless of camera movement?
(In many cases, I've captured and used still images of the background to avoid this problem, but this isn't practical in every shot I want to do.)
Thanks for your help!

Re: Splotchy Effect isn't Cooperating
Splotchy effect is a legacy effect that was removed until users said they wanted it back. It is what it is, so there's no way to keep it still except for exporting it as an image and bring it back in as a fill texture.
