Why does it struggle when i try to transform in fr 1(updated

Okay i have already done a topic about this but i things wrong there. Like there my problem is that i have a layer i want to transform the points on many time during many frames. But it doesn't work for some reason. And yeah the character in the project i shared and will share here is Mabel from Gravity Falls. I want to do Gravity Falls animations so that,s the reason. I want you to begin talking about Gravity Falls just becuase of that. In this topic Mabel is a model i want help animating and that should be what the topic should be about. The layer which points doesn't transform properly is a bottle. I have other projects whit other character. I created the same bottle there and for some reason in that project i could transform the bottles points in frame 1. But it doesn't work whit the Mabel project. I even created a new bottle and i struggle when transorming it,s points. So here,s the deal i will now share the Mabel project and the other project. I want you to tell me why i can transform the points of the bottle in the other project and not the Mabel project. You can also fic the problem itself and upload it on a file sharing website.

Somebody say that the issue was that my character was badly constructed. That multiple layer were on the top on eachother. If my character now is badly constructed i want better reasons to why. I draw my character this way. I create a layer for each coulored inlined part. So every layer just have one coulor. That makes alot of layers for every body part. The arm could have 10 layers. When giving the character bones it,s good to have a few layers as possible so what i do is copy all the point of all layer that make up the arm into one layer and do the same for the rest of the body. So that,s why it exist many layers on eachother. If that,s now bad to do i am king of stuck since i can,t find another good way to draw in Anime studio. If you mean that my character has multiple versions of the same layer on the top of eachother so are you wrong. I haven,t duplicated any layer. I may have mutable fills but that,s something different. I could just rebuild Mabel and hope the bottle works that time but i don't want to rebuild Mabel so i hope you can help me solving the bottle problem.

Follow these steps to see what is wrong and how to fix it:

1. Select Orbit tool and look at the character from different angles. You will see that some layers, the bottle in particular, are at different angles.
2. Select the bottle layer (Layer 48)
3. Select the Rotate Layer XY tool
4. (On frame zero) Hit the reset button of the Rotate Layer XY tool

Now translating points of the bottle on frame one will behave as expected. It is bad construction to have seemingly random rotations on layers.
