Add a Layer Marker

If I press on "Reset All Layer Channels" I get a new track in the timeline called "Layer Markers". After that, I can add, edit and create such layer markers.
How I can add a new layer marker without pressing "Reset All Layer Channels" before?

In the timeline, close to the "Relative Keyframing" checkbox, there's a button with a yellow icon. Click it to add a new marker.

Hm... I am using Debut. Could it be possible, that Layer Markers are a Pro feature?
