From you JPG it appears that you have made the 0 frame layer invisible.
Notice that pink area down the 0 frame column and green line horizontally along the visible icon.
(Probably caused by inserting layer when not in 0 frame.)
To remedy, go to the 0 Frame, then double click on monnkey head layer in the Layers window.
The "Layers Setting Window" will open.
Go to: "Compositing Effects" section
And make sure the "Visible" box is checked.
That should solve the problem.
