I know its the same audio, but wanted to try my hand at using smart bones to do some lip syncing. Originally liked the mouth switch layer, but I could get used to this way.

"This is an..." and "three" didn't seem to move quite right. The mouth barely moved at all at the beginning and the lips didn't close to form the "r" sound on "three." Come to think of it, there was no lip close at the end of "now" either.
I know it's kind of the nature of the beast to have Smart Bones move the mouth smoothly, but somehow it seemed too smooth overall. What I did like was seeing the jaw move with the mouth, a nice touch that is not often done, but this could be done with switch layers as well.
