Ed n eddy in anime studio

Hi everybody

I am fan of Ed n eddy animation series. In Ed n eddy ,there is noise outline effect, that can be created in anime studio easily.
In this series something happens in every frame, shows the power of frame by frame animation.
Can we create this kind of animation exclusively in anime studio. As something happen in every frame as exaggerated squash and stretch mode.
Can we mimic this kind of animation in anime studio with its powerful features such as point animation,switch,masking,physics,bone....etc.
I mean exclusively in anime studio without other animation tools...
