The price for the boxed full version of AS9 has been around $70 on Amazon since January. Maybe Smith Micro are concerned that they have been losing sales by charging much higher prices at the official site? Historically, Anime Studio has usually been very much cheaper on Amazon.

Yep, sounds like it to me too. Perhaps a couple of months away. Close but not close enough to get a free upgrade.

This is a really good deal.
Just before version 9.0 came out and they had a similar offer, they advertised the fact that you would get a free upgrade when the next version came out - there's no mention this time? I was hoping for version 9.3 first

I don't think it's close enough to let this deal pass. If you use ASP on a regular basis, 9 is a VERY welcome upgrade from 8.

You're not getting them back on the timeline, because you can use normal copy/paste now
Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V
And remove keyframes is the Delete button.

Cool stuff well I'll be finally upgrading this weekend. I have so many projects on the go including a tutorial that I stopped to do in AS9.

i'm working on a asus slate , therefore it is very bad this change now for me . I like Buttons , why not a option in the preference or in the right mouse menu ?
Ask to the Developer WHY ?
