Bind Points tool

How can I acces the bind points tool? I don't see it where the other bone tools are - like select bone, add bone etc.

menus are context sensitive. tools only show if there's something that they might be able to do.

so to see bind points you'll need to have a bone layer with at least one bone in it; and that bone layer has to have a child vector layer with points in it as the active layer.

ok, I didn't select the layer containing the points that I wanted to bind, I selected the bone layer.
