This is a tutorial on how to create a marching army of characters with one character and one animation by duplicating layers and changing subtle attributes of the duplicated artwork. Once you create an animation like a walk cycle, you can copy the layer and it will copy the animation as well.
The reason I've been posting these tuts separately from my main sticky it's because I've been embedding the videos in this forum so it's easier for users to watch and play. Hope that's not an issue for anyone!
