using illustrator
I decided to use illustrator to create my character since I was having problems with anime studio. But then I realized it had been a while and I forgot almost everything I knew about illustrator! Fortunately as I use illustrator my knowledge is coming back.

if you've forgotten illustrator anyway and you just plan to make characters for AS then LEARN THE AS TOOLS! You will really see the reason when you start animating your designs.
