Magical disappearing posts?

Post by basshole »

Hey guys. I've gotten two notifications of replies in the last few months to a thread I started a while ago, but when I click the link (from the email message) to go look at the new post, it tells me "the thread or post you specified does not exist" (or some wording to that effect). I've manually found the thread and looked, and indeed, it looks as if no new posts were added. What's going on here? Thanks.

Here's the thread in question:

I'd guess it's spam posts that are being deleted.

Ah. I'm not the only one right? You guys get spam too? Come on, don't make me feel singled out.

I wish they'd be quicker to delete spam posts from this forum not leave them. There are four posts above this thread right now that are spam as I write this!

Please, don't desperate, it's 9:00am here and, as all days, I'm drinking my milk and deleting the spam :)
