I guess if exist some (free) videoediting sofware for quicktime format? I tryed Zwei-Stein but the screen appair blacks, it seems to load the .mov file but without any images.
Perhaps virtual dub?

Unfortunately none of the free editors I've tried will import .mov, including ZS4 and Wax.
If you want to simply splice some .mov's together then http://www.softpedia.com/get/Multimedia ... ayer.shtml will do that, but no titling, transitions or anything.

video editing with filters
Does exist a videoediting software (freeware) like the gimp with some filters?
Virtualdub has some but I need sepia and artistic filters. Some premiere clones?

You asked for freeware so here is one: http://www.thugsatbay.com/tab/?q=zweistein
Zweistein in the only freeware editor I know with a more Premiere type approach, for simpler use try Microsoft Movie Maker. I tried Zweistein a couple of years ago and hated it myself but it's worth a try since it's free!

Wax is more a video compositing system like After Effects but quite powerful and free to use. Wax can also work as a plug-in with several video editing programs. The same developer also has some other good video tools like a frame server and a morphing program.

Still not able to use wax . Fake sepia filter (adjust + saturation) using zwei stain.
