Anime Studio was used in La Reine Soleil, a french animated movie, the part done with Anime Studio was done by Freakish Kids, Greykid at the time.
Flash was used in several movies, Romeo & Juliet: Sealed with a Kiss is one of them!
Dunno if Disney was impressed with Anime Studio, but I know they used Toon Boom Harmony for the Princess and the Frog movie.
