Is there a way to duplicate rigging (for second arm or leg)

Post by NeedyN00b »

I created an arm layer and rigged it. I can duplicate the layer, but apparently not the bones and associated point binding to the duplicate. Just checking to make sure there's not an automatic way of copying the bones too and not just the vector. (I can copy each bone, one by one, and match the point binding... but that's a little slow...).

On frame 0, go to the bone layer, select all the bones you want (using select bone tool and shift), then copy and paste. Now move the new bones where you want. You'll need to bind your new layers or points to the new bones.

Thanks. I'm finally starting to get the hang of AS - thanks for the assists.
