Vulture Flight Test

Post by 3deeguy »

Please take a look at my progress so far. This clip is a test for a video that I'm working on. I owe a lot of thanks to a lot of people for what I've accomplished so far. I would appreciate feedback. The video is unlisted because it's not finished. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Y_1_SjnoKZE

It's coming along Larry. The only thing I think is off, and this could be because of you-tube, is the framing of the shot. The vulture gets cut-off at the wings as it leaves the view and comes back in. It's kind of distracting.

Thanks jonbo. The wings being cut off is an oversight I committed in AS. I will correct it. My plan was to move the camera in slowly to the character's face to tell to story. (There will be a second character.)
What I learned from you has become a big part of the way I work. This stuff would be a major struggle if people didn't reach out to help.

Yup, this forum is a great place to go to get help because the members take the time to help each other. Keep us updated on your progress. I, for one, really like seeing the evolution of an idea through the animating process. :)
