Hi all!
I'm using the 30-day AS 7 Pro, and still learning my way around the app...
I am trying to get a handle on styles, specifically how to be able to apply them to multiple shapes (or even singular) shapes on a layer.
When I create a style, and select it before drawing a shape, no problem.
BUT, when I have shapes drawn on a layer, click the Select Shape Tool, click on the shape, and then click on the style I have created, nothing happens.
Conversely, if I have a shape that I have drawn using my created style, and with the Select Shape Tool, click on the shape, and then try to choose (none), I cannot remove the style from the shape. Again, nothing happens.
If I click the "Delete Shape" tool (the 'X' logo) and click on the shape, the fill disappears, but not the path...Is THAT supposed to happen? I thought the path WAS the shape...
And with the fill removed, if I try using the Fill Tool bucket with my Style selected, I get a weird hybrid effect of a partial style line, but a white fill...
The manual documentation is a bit lean as regards Styles, so I'm not sure if this is a legit bug, or just "operator error" on my part...
