Post by rsandi »

Hi forum
How exactly does OFFSET BONES works? it drives me crazy...

I had already made a caracter, but I wanna add bones to his left arm, but his torso hides it... I´ve read that with OFFSET BONES I could fix my problem...

I dont speak english very well... so, a video tutorial would be usefull... tks

1. Draw the character with limbs apart, especially an arm behind the character should be placed separately from the body.
2. Create the bones you need on top of your character.
3. Bind your shapes to the bone.
4. Choose the "offset bone" tool, grab the top arm bone and drag it to the body. If you see the arm follow with it, you're doing it right.
