Freehand tool that creates shapes suggestion

I would like a freehand tool modification that allows new shapes to be created inside other shapes.

I get quite frustrated when i am trying to create characters to select the create shape tool and create a whole bunch of shapes.

Im not sure if anyone understands what i am trying to do but i would like a script to fix this.

What I'm trying to say is that if i was to create a circle with the freehand tool then create a line right down the middle, the line wouldn't show up.

I really dont want to use the create shapes tool to make the line show up

While creating this i selected different fill colors for each shape i made but it doesn't automatically create it.

I use the "Q, SPACE" shortcuts a lot when I'm drawing these sorts of things.

I think you must understand first how drawing tools works. Once you get it, you can ask for improvements.

The u shortcut works great but i find that drawing a whole character or object first then coloring it with the create shape tool is more comfortable.
