I've moved my question here. So here is my picture (open it to 100% size to see the problem)

Could anyone suggest how to fix this bright outline on the shaded part of the legs and arms? So I put semi-transparent black shadow mask on the child where I need a shade (the mask and the child are in the same group, then set "hide all" for the mask group). I think this outline is AS issue. Does anybody know how to avoid this? Note that there are no any strokes on legs and arms. And note that shadow mask is much lager than girl's shape - so it should not reveal the original skin color near the edge.

One solution I've seen suggested here is to produce bitmap artwork, say, 200% larger than it appears in the movie, and 'feather' the edges slightly in Photoshop or whatever. Then, when you reduce the image size in the movie, you have an edge which is a little blurred, so that this solid white edge will not happen. (But hopefully still sharp enough to look OK when rendered).
Haven't tried it myself. Good luck, anyway.

You can't have everything. Where would you put it?
