Does anyone know how to make the hand point at the camera?

I mean like the hand pointing out like how do you make it so that the hand might be at the side of your body and the arm will raise up and the arm and the hand points at the screen.

I have the non- pro version of AS

You need to know the basics of drawing an arm in a foreshortening perspective. Then you can built your character after that. I suppose a construction of some overlapping circles would do.
