Lip Sync

Here's a great tute on a stripped-back method of lip sync, (in contrast to the 457 phoneme method I have leaned towards in the past.) The reality of deadlines makes this tute linked above look interesting, just thought I'd share.

Someone else posted this not too long ago. I'd assume that the automatic lip-sync in AS is a close approximation to this technique. From the looks of it, you might only have to go through adding the closed mouth where needed.
