Surprising as it may be but I watched the whole animation! I know -- shocking -- considering any animation over 3 minutes is too long for the average person to watch.
Anyhoo, I liked it. I think you have a unique animation style that doesn't need much tweaking in my opinion. From what I watched I get across that you are having fun when animating and that really shows in the animation. You are not hung up on walk cycles and other "stuff" people who first start animating seem to do incessantly.
I liked the part where Grandma keeps interrupting the phone conversation. I also liked the part where the blond girl zones her sights on Jerod with her devil voice and then it changes to her high pitched "happy go lucky" voice. You relay good character development.
It is little stuff like *that* that interest me in animations. I'm not a big fan of the dry and stale Disney type animations, Japanese Anime or 3d super hero stuff.
So I say keep on animating as long as it is enjoyable for you. That is what me and my sis are doing -- we are going to start our "Floop and Bump Fables" today. We must be crazy to animate hours an dhours of animation no one will watch. But it's enjoyable for us and that is all *that* matters.
