We are up to scene 53 (out of 70) of the first draft of our feature length animated film "Big MOD Blows."
I made an animated gif of the cast of characters:

I created the gif in Gimp -- my first animated gif created in that program. The dithering kind of sucks, but I am not an expert on using the correct colors and gradients out of Anime for a good quality animated gif. The original jpgs look good!
The backgrounds and characters were drawn in Anime. The words were created in Gimp (Too many points when generating words in Anime, Anime doesn't like that, it crashed five times on me).
Oh well, on to scene 54...

Update:

I made a cast of characters using the jpgs from Gimp and editing in WMM with music and transitions. (play Youtube embedded link at top of page) I exported as a wmv @ 3000 kbps. The colors are darker and more muted, but the shadows are better, less pixalation than the animated gif. But the animated gif has truer colors. Oh well, it's just a test. Maybe if I have energy I will work on it some more in the future, right now I guess I better get back to animating.
