Here's a quick animation I did in Anime Pro to test a drop shadow. It's also the first time I combined pngs (head, hands) with a vector body.

I think when viewed at the "original" size, Google Video has a better quality. But then again it's hard to tell when it's so small. The video was exported out of Anime using DivX codec (720x540, 4,000 kbps). The size was 14 meg for 48 seconds. I find when exporting a compressed animation out of Anime; DivX and Quicktime Sorenson 3 are on par with each other with regard to quality and size. Too bad Windows Movie Maker cannot accept either.
