in the layers pallet, left click-hold on the vector layer you want to rigg with bones and drag into the bone layer. the bone layer in the layer pallet should highlight to red when you drag the layer into it so you know its there. bone binding by default is automatic.double click on the bone layer in the layer pallet to access the layer option if you want to change from the default flexi-bind option to region bind. individual shapes can be bound also by clicking on the vector layer in the layer pallet after you drag it into the bone layer and using the bind points tool in the bone tool pallet.select all points in a shape and click the bind point button.make sure you have the bone you want the shape bound to selected first.
