Does Anime Studio 7 can export films with alpha

Yes it does.
Export as png sequence.

Also, for stills, export as a single frame png. (If you just ctrl+R and then save as whatever, you wont have alpha. You need to actually export it - consider it as a sequence of only one frame.)

you can export as quicktime .mov millions of colors +
the "+" means alpha.
