Not just animation...

I use AS for art, too!
I've been using AS since 5.5, and I do Pokemon artworks,
I've dedicated myself to doing ALL of the Pokemon in ASP,
I have nearly 100 done so far.
My project got started in February, and spans through right now.
Here's a few samples:

All done is Anime Studio.

I'm not looking for critiques, but comments and ideas are welcome.

That's all for now.

Looking good,
can you explain your method for utilizing the 3d shapes from within A.S.
Thanks again for sharing your work! 8)

The samples are all new, but I've been using ASP since 5.5,
These ones all came from 7, but I've been using AS for years.

And to answer your 3D question, KenW,
I put a picture in the background, and placed cubes over it, all fitting to the shape of it, then I duplicated the layers to give depth to the object that looked somewhat realistic. I made 1 layer per set of the same depth, and kept building on it, turning the layers to make it pop out, then lastly, I turned the whole thing, while in a group layer, to an interesting perspective, the added my watermark, made it somewhat transparent, and saved it as a picture.
It take awhile to do, and it takes many, many cubes and rendering time to do it right, but It's all worth it.
Hope you found that somewhat informative...

That's all for now.
