Hello Anime Studio Forum. I have a few questions pertaining to Anime Studio, and I had gone through the Forums many a time just to get stuck. I have done the Getting Started Tutorial, and a few others online, but I've still come across these problems:
I only got two without you. I wanted to do it with you to ensure that the questions got on paper and you wouldn't forget anything important. I'm going to bug you about this tomorrow, so I apologize in advance if it gets annoying.
1. 1. How do you import audio and in what format?
2. 2. In what formats can you export a video scene?
3. When I add a bone structure to my imported characters, on occasion the bodies themselves won’t move unless certain layers are in certain places. How do I fix this? Is there an order to the way the layers should be structured etc?
4. When I get the bone structure to work for one of my imported characters, their bodies twist and distort when I move a bone instead of just moving. I understand that’s part of the “warp around bone” feature, but is there a way to make it look nicer, like the opening example (Liz or whatever)?
5. How do I get mouths and eyes to move accordingly? Is it a layering system?
6. When I make an animation, the characters move as they should, but if I continue and make more keyframes, my characters try to complete that keyframe from the start of the animation and not when I want them too (poor wording…)
7. I had supposed that in 0 of the timeline was where you added bones, but sometimes I do that and they don’t work.
Now clearly I have a lot of questions, so if anyone knows the answer to any of these, if they could please tell me. Thanks

Quite a bit of Questions
He wasn't a lake. He was an ocean.
6. The computer is trying to interpolate between frame 0 and whatever keyframe you've animated. So, copy the keyframes from frame 0 till say, 10 frames before your next keyframes begine. That way your chatacter will stay still until it hits the 'hold' keyframe and then there'll be a change. Get what I mean?
7. Should work on frame 0. Maybe, however, you've slid the group layer around in the timeline so the frame 0 is not really frame 0 for the group. I try and avoid moving things around in the timeline. Causes issues later on.

1 WAV and MP3 work. You can import via adding a new audio layer or by importing an audio layer from the file tab.
2 When you try and export the video it will show you what options you can export it as.
3 Is the imported character vector or an image? Read page 59 and 208 in the tutorials about bone binding and layer binding.
4 Again is the character vector or an image?
5 Do you mean move to follow the head or move as in open and closed? If you want to make the eyes/mouth move with the head you bind those layers/points to the head bone. To open and close eyes/mouths you can use actions to create that or you can use a switch layer or use point animation.
6 Let say you have a arm bone move at frame 24 and then you move to frame 48 and move it again. You notice that the arm starts to move to the 48 frame starting at frame 24. What you do is copy frame 24 and paste it at frame 47 (one frame in front of the next bone movement.)
7 It will take awhile to understand how to to get the bones to work right. I would make arms and legs and just practice with binding layers/points/shapes to bones and soon it will be easy for you.
