AS7 - Curly hair with curve profile

Post by Víctor Paredes »

Hi, I'm working in a serie of spots about a young guy (very, uhm, idiot, in my taste) which is being pursued by "Adulthood" and his radio, "the voice of experience". He discovered that the best way to overcome adulthood is buying a "young car" which will permit him to "live to the fullest"
Well, I want to share the spots (around ten) when they all be complete. Anyway, three have been uploaded by the company and you can watch them here

Meanwhile, I wanted to share this hair transformation I made using the new curve profile tool (the most amazing feature of AS7)
each hair has only three points and a curly curve profile. It makes the animation process very easy. Imagine the amount of points your would need to make this on previous versions.

Very nice. I've seen a lot of your other animations and they are always impressive. I'm a fan.

So tempted to buy 7 but I'm unemployed so I have to watch what I spend.
Hi animation world.

Thank you all :D
just yesterday I worked on the electrocuted character with curve profile. It requires a little more work than just the hair, but it's great to have easy control of the changing irregular line.
