I have made 2 rigs that works the way i whant em to.
Ive started with my third rig and the bones acts funny.
for exampel when i rotate the head bone with manipulate the shape gets longer when in horisontal. "the bone gets bigger.
the head is bind with bind "bind layer", rest of the body bind to points but act the same.
I dont know what ive done wrong with this last rigg.

I got it, the solution is on your mailbox
PD: as registrer, I can say the bone layer was inside a group. the group was scaled at 0.5 on X and 0.4 on Y. That irregularity made that all the movements inside the group would look disproportionate. To solve it, the group must be scaled with equal numbers on each axis.
