Universal Point Tool request

I'm pretty sure this has already been done and I just can't find it but I am looking for a tool that combines the first four tools into one.

It would make point animation so much easier. Thanks

if you search on forum you will find many tools similar you ask, 7feet was the first on introduce this kind of tools. anyway, I don't know if they still working on version 6

Now, Vern modified the 7feet's tool, but it never went out from beta. you can find it here.

Around 2 hours or so ago I was searching and I read that fazek has the best universal tool but i couldn't find it in his tool pack.
EDIT: 7feets link doesnt work and vern's tool doesn't work right and gives me a lua error.
