How can I embed a file . lua in a vector layer?

There are several scripts that put it in the instructions "to embed into a layer", but do not really know how and does. For example the freezer

This is for "How Do I...?" section, but never mind, here is the answer, and your English is ok

double click on layer and open layer settings

and browse your script
