Vixen Theif

Post by super8mm »

I made this on a challenge to see if I could animate one scene a day. Of course the time does not include the time it takes to design the 3d building, the backgrounds and model sheets etc. before starting. Did it in 9 days for 9 scenes.

There are two directional mistakes I guess you can call them that, can you spot them?

Hey super8!
your productivity is awesome!
The "direction" mistakes are very subtle... I can't tell they are! :)

You only spent one day on that run cycle? It looks really good! And the spot where she reaches down for the bread. Nice character design, too. :D

At the time I used Poser extensively as a time saver. Made the animation in Poser with an almost vixen looking character. Then rotoscoped to an approximate similar pose since 3D is kinda stiff.

Im unfamiliar with Poser and what it does, but interesting none the less... but.. was the camel-toe necessary!? : ) , maybe a fox foot instead?

Poser: You pose 3D characters and props into a single image or animation.

Camel toe? Not in this animation.

Second 18-20, when she hits the ground. It may not BE that, but it's close enough, I'd smooth it out, or put some underwear on that girl!

I don't think it's anatomically possible that those lines could be camel toe because the position of the legs gives the impression that the abdomen is turned up toward the camera, not downward. ;)

Although, I do think it would look nice smoothed out.

Camel toe means that you can see an outline of the vagina through clothing. There is none of this in this clip, if you do see such a thing then you are looking for something that just isn't there.

I thought it was a very oddly-placed camel toe myself when I first watched it, but I didn't want to say anything.

Awesome, I never thought I would read the actual webster definition! I would like to again apologize to everyone as this has gone further than I had anticipated. The only real reason I mention it is because when I watch the clip (which is very nice I might add) My eyes are drawn (pardon the pun) to the "area in question" at that scene. And, due to the quickness of looking and then the scene changing, one might think that one just saw the details mentioned. If examined further it is the "rear" of the creature, but I (personally) would remove the lines so that people can focus on the fruit dropping, which was the more complex part of that scene and deserves attention.

So in closing...Nice animation, even if she is a bit of a flirt.
